This is Tepper Creek. Normally it is a stream that runs year round and I pump water from it for the horses and my garden. It’s all dried up and the last two weeks we’ve been pumping water from another creek about a half of a mile away. Tonight before dark I took four 55 gallon drums of water with the tractor to fill up the water troughs. They still aren’t all the way full and it took over 3 hours to do. Weather forecasts for the next several days are more of the same…hot and dry. Can you say dust bowl?
